Favorite Things: Tanya Godsey

1. Favorite Bible verse?

Tanya: Matthew 5 is my favorite Bible passage. It’s such an encouragement to remember what God values and how He defines blessing. It is such a counterculture message and one that I need to consistently remind myself of over and over again.

2. Favorite thing to do on a day off?

Tanya: I love to spend time in nature and I enjoy doing that with family and friends.

3. Favorite go-to store?

Tanya: World Market!

4. Favorite movie of all time?

Tanya: “Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.” I love this movie because there are so many spiritual connotations and because Tolkien is a master storyteller.

5. Favorite new artist you discovered?

Tanya: The Brilliance. I love their approach to songwriting and am really encouraged by their overall message.
