Hayley Catt fell in love with the magic of Disney Parks and Resorts at the age of three. She then began her professional journey with the Walt Disney Company during her college years. Working as a Walt Disney World Resort Photopass Photographer, her greatest joy was capturing the smiles on the faces of guests as they made lifelong memories.

Now, as a Mouse Counselor, Hayley has spent more than half a decade continuing to put smiles on the faces of families from all over the country. Whether planning their adventure on a Disney Cruise, Disneyland Parks or a stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, Hayley makes dreams come true by helping to plan the perfect Disney vacation.

With unique insights that come from being a former cast member, combined with continued education on Disney services and guest experience, she is committed to providing her clients with tailor-made vacations and maximum magic.

In addition to being a Disney’s Vacation Planner, Hayley also works as the social media manager for the North American Mission Board, a nonprofit focused on church planting and compassion ministry. As a single foster mom, she has a heart for the vulnerable and hurting, and longs to see stories redeemed and lives restored.
