10 Ways to Take A Break

The last couple months my school has had class online and it is hard not being at school and doing it on the computer. Things have been different. It has also been hard to be inside a lot. And, it has been hard to not see my teachers or friends or to not be outside.

When Im stressed, I like to listen to music. I especially like to listen to classical music. It makes me feel relaxed.

Here are some things I do when I need to take a break.

Lilly’s Top Ten Break Ideas:

  1. Take a nap
  2. Paint your nails
  3. Play with your brother or sister
  4. Bake with mom
  5. Take a walk outside
  6. Eat chips
  7. Listen to music
  8. Color
  9. Read your Bible
  10. Make a craft

Hope you try these at home and that it helps you when you feel like you need some quiet.
