• Born and raised in Ohio
• Married to Carissa with three children 
• Enjoys pursuing physical health through exercise, weight training, and outdoor activities
• Enjoys building things and people and seeing them grow such as gardening, carpentry, teaching, preaching and coaching.
• Continually invests in personal growth through reading, taking courses, podcasts, vlogs, etc.
• MA in Religion (Pastoral Studies) from Liberty University in 2015
• BS in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University in 2001
• Began serving on the Hospitality team in 2010 before joining the Pastoral Support Team. Joined the staff in 2012 as a Groups Coordinator.
• Licensed Deacon in 2014 and Ordained Elder in 2018
• Served as Campus Pastor at San Marcos (formerly North County) Campus since 2014.
• Led campus relocation to current site on San Marcos Blvd, which grew the church attendance by 30%
• Serves on Rock Church Advisory Team, Campus Pastor Council and Culture Action Team
• Areas of strength include: Leadership, Leadership Development, Mentoring, Administration, Productivity, Planning, Team Building, Preaching, Teaching, Biblical Studies.
