By Sarah and Selma Komisky

QUESTION: What do you appreciate creatively about a guy?

“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.”

– Micah 6:8 (ESV)

This is our prayer for you.

SURVEY ANSWERS:

“I appreciate how guys communicate and go about projects differently than women. It shows God’s creativity in making us uniquely different by looking at the world through a different lens.”

“I love a creative! But guys I appreciate creativity in whatever they do. It puts a twist on things and makes it unique! Weather it’s how they dress, sign their name, cook, or plan a date, it screams individuality. I like that. It’s never boring, fun, takes chances, and inspiring. God Himself  created us in his image. Use your creativity for His glory!”

“I appreciate when guys are creative with their words of affirmation – writing special or funny cards of thanks or encouragement based on Scripture.”

“Creative ways to show you your special to him. Creative dates, or a surprise.”

“Guys tend to think on a ‘one-track’ system, whereas girls tend to be all over the place, tying creativity into one. I think it is so unique how guys are able to focus on one thing, yet still have so many various ideas within their creative mind that keep them fixed on one set way of processing things. It helps in keeping us females in check sometimes so that we don’t overthink and go overboard with things that could be so simple!”

“His organizational abilities… His spiritual gifts his ability to move in the power of the Holy Spirit on a day to day basis even in the midst of a pandemic.”

“I think of how creative men are…Walt Disney, created a whole fantasy land…men are very creative and when they allow themselves to show it, sometimes that means showing more of their ‘sensitive’ side, they are really remarkable”

“When they get all passionate about the thing they love without being embarrassed about it.”

“What I appreciate creatively about guys is their ability to take risks and experiment. I think experimentation is key in creativity and I think guys display that quite well.”
