The idea of God being our “Dad” can be misunderstood. For those who didn’t have an earthly dad, it can be painful. For those who did, it’s a reflection of the heart of God. Others of us carry around misinterpretations based on what was presented to us – fear, rejection, abandonment, conditional love, anger, and so on.
